Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Painter / Foreman to lead and oversee painting projects within our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, a solid background in construction and painting, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves managing daily operations on-site, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with team members to deliver projects efficiently and safely. The Painter / Foreman will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality workmanship while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate painting crews to ensure timely completion of projects
Read and interpret blueprints.
Oversee quality control measures to meet company standards and client expectations
Conduct site inspections to monitor safety compliance and work progress
Provide training and guidance to team members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and best practices
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and project flow

Experience

Proven supervising experience in construction or painting projects
Extensive construction experience with a focus on quality control and safety standards
Skilled in blueprint reading.
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices is preferred
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and ensure efficient workflow

Driver's license
