Graphic Design & Production Coordinator

Are you a creative, organized designer who loves seeing your work come to life?

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Graphic Design & Production Coordinator to support the development, production, and execution of in-store marketing initiatives across our retail network.

This role combines graphic design, print production, retail marketing coordination, and video editing. The successful candidate will work closely with the Design, Visual, Operations, Buying, District Management, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention teams to ensure marketing materials are produced accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating with different departments, and seeing creative work come to life within a retail environment.

What You’ll Do

Design in-store signage, promotional materials, flyers, coupons, and marketing campaigns.
Create materials for new store openings, renovations, relocations, and special events.
Provide ongoing design support to Operations, Visual, Buying, and other departments.
Prepare artwork for professional print production and coordinate with printers and vendors.
Manage marketing assets, signage files, and printed inventory.
Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, specifications, and deliveries across multiple store locations.
Work with mall marketing partners on grand openings, advertising, and promotional opportunities.
Edit and prepare video content for in-store screens, digital displays, mall media, and social media.
Help ensure all creative materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

What you Bring

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing production, retail marketing, or a similar role preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma on both Mac and PC, particularly:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience preparing files for professional print production.
Experience editing and exporting video content for digital and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and production design.
Experience within a retail, fashion, consumer, or multi-location business environment is considered an asset.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, including Google Drive and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and file-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments, store teams, mall partners, printers, and external vendors.
Ability to work independently while also contributing within a fast-paced creative team.
