Full job description

F45 Training is a global fitness network offering a wide variety of fun strength and cardio HIIT based programs. At our Oakville location, F45 Training Joshua Creek is looking for experienced fitness professionals with weekday early evening and weekend morning availability to join our award winning coaching team! F45 Joshua Creek was previously recognized as the top F45 franchise in Ontario.

Responsibilities:

Deliver highly energetic and fun pre-programmed F45 workouts
Ensure safety of members with exercise technique, cueing, spotting, form corrections and exercise modifications when required
Provide regressions and progressions for members catered to fitness ability
Ensure studio and equipment is clean and tidy before, during and after each class, including sanitization of equipment
Participate in training and skill development meetings as required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS

Personal training certification from an accredited North American organization (e.g. CanFit Pro, ACE, NASM, ISSA) or Bachelor of Kinesiology; First Aid & CPR/AED certification
1+ years experience in personal or group training
Experience with one-on-one coaching and group coaching with both strength and cardio programs is an asset

We are only hiring at this time for coaches that are potentially available on weekday early evenings (5pm to 8pm), and weekend mornings 7am to 12pm (not everyday is required).

Do you currently live near the studio located in Oakville and/or anticipate a manageable commute ? [applicants are encouraged to map the studio location at 1903 Ironoak Way, Oakville ON vs your place of residence to confirm you are capable of commuting to the studio at various class times (early mornings 5:30am, daytime, weekends and evenings) [note for internationally located applicants, we do not sponsor work visas, the posted position is not full time, and interviews are in-person].
Do you currently hold a Personal Trainer certification from one of the following organzations: Canfit Pro, ACE, NASM, ISSA or another nationally recognized fitness organization, or a graduate of a Bachelor of Kineisology program?
