Role

As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you will use your consulting and customer service strengths to respond to customer inquiries and guide them toward solutions that best meet their needs. You will be the go-to resource for understanding customer requirements and recommending the most suitable products from our range of water heaters, heat pumps, electric vehicle charging stations, and other home comfort solutions.

Your goal? To deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction by focusing on service excellence and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting sales objectives through a consultative approach built on trust, guidance, and value creation.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries regarding our products and services;
Highlight the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and services to interested customers;
Assess customer needs, provide informed and specialized product recommendations, and prepare corresponding quotations;
Maintain thorough follow-ups and act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and suppliers;
Perform various administrative tasks, including updating customer records, data entry, document filing, and more.

Ideal Profile

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships quickly and easily;
Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
Recognized for strong sales and negotiation skills;
Comfortable using computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Adobe, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
Bilingual (French and English) to effectively serve both English-speaking and French-speaking customers and provide a high-quality experience in both languages;
Previous call center experience is considered an asset;
Available based on operational needs (between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
