Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Commis comptable / Gestionnaire de bureau organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et soucieux(se) du détail pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce poste est essentiel au maintien de dossiers financiers précis, à la gestion des opérations quotidiennes du bureau et au soutien de l'efficacité globale de l'entreprise. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède de solides compétences en comptabilité, une expérience avec différents logiciels comptables ainsi qu'un excellent sens de l'organisation. Ce poste offre l'occasion de contribuer à un environnement de travail dynamique tout en assurant le bon fonctionnement de nos opérations administratives et financières.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) commis comptable à temps plein hautement organisé(e), minutieux(se) et proactif(ve) pour se joindre à notre groupe en pleine croissance spécialisé en immobilier et en gestion immobilière. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein en présentiel, offrant un soutien à plusieurs sociétés au sein de notre organisation.

La personne retenue jouera un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de dossiers financiers exacts, le suivi des flux de trésorerie et le bon déroulement des opérations comptables quotidiennes.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est à l'aise de travailler simultanément avec plusieurs entités, possède une solide expérience en tenue de livres et apprécie un environnement de travail rapide où la précision, la rigueur et l'organisation sont essentielles.

Responsabilités

Gérer l'ensemble des fonctions de tenue de livres, y compris les comptes fournisseurs et les comptes clients.
Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et les rapprochements de comptes afin d'assurer l'exactitude des données financières.
Utiliser des logiciels comptables tels que QuickBooks, Sage ou Xero pour enregistrer les transactions et produire les rapports financiers.
Effectuer le traitement de la paie avec exactitude et dans les délais prescrits.
Réaliser des analyses de comptes afin de détecter les écarts ou les irrégularités.
Participer à la préparation des budgets et aux activités de planification financière.
Maintenir des dossiers financiers organisés et assurer la conformité aux politiques de l'entreprise ainsi qu'aux exigences réglementaires.
Superviser les tâches générales de gestion de bureau, notamment la gestion des horaires, de la correspondance et des fournitures de bureau.
Soutenir les fonctions administratives liées à la facturation des clients, à la gestion des comptes et à la documentation financière.

Expérience et qualifications

Expérience démontrée en tenue de livres, comptabilité ou gestion de bureau.
Maîtrise des logiciels comptables tels que QuickBooks, Sage ou Xero.
Excellente compréhension des principes comptables, notamment les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients et les rapprochements de comptes.
Une expérience en traitement de la paie et en gestion budgétaire constitue un atout.
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités efficacement.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring the day-to-day accounting operations run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple entities simultaneously, has strong bookkeeping experience, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization are essential.

Duties

Manage all bookkeeping functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to record transactions and generate reports.
Handle payroll processing accurately and timely.
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Assist with budgeting processes and financial planning activities.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Oversee general office management tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory.
Support administrative functions related to client invoicing, billing, and financial documentation.

Experience

Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office management roles.
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
Experience with payroll processing and budget management is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of account analysis, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
