Job Overview

As a Crew Member at Simon's Prime Hamburgers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, food safety standards, and efficient service. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Prepare burgers, fries, poutines, and other menu items according to company standards.
Assemble orders quickly and accurately for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient in English
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $17.60-$33.40 per hour
