Sales Development Representative

3C Contact Services Inc.

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time, Permanent

Location: In Person – Vaughan, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts, no weekends

Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 annually, including base salary and performance-based bonus opportunities

About the Role

3C Contact Services Inc. is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team.

This is not a customer service role. This is a sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated by targets, performance, and results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making B2B sales calls on behalf of our clients, speaking with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments through strong, persuasive, and professional phone conversations.

We are only looking for candidates with proven sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience.

Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Make cold calls to B2B prospects, business owners, senior-level contacts, and decision-makers
Generate interest, create urgency, handle objections, and move conversations toward a booked appointment
Book qualified appointments that meet client-specific requirements and quality standards
Follow provided scripts, call flows, and sales guidelines while still sounding natural, confident, and persuasive
Maintain consistent daily calling activity and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Meet expectations related to dials, talk time, appointment bookings, appointment quality, and conversion rates
Manage callbacks, follow-ups, and prospect activity to ensure no qualified opportunity is missed
Prioritize prospects based on interest level, urgency, and appointment potential
Keep accurate call records, notes, dispositions, and appointment details in the appropriate systems
Communicate clearly with management regarding call outcomes, objections, lead quality, and opportunities
Remain persistent, positive, and professional while handling rejection and resistance
Accept coaching, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve call performance
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations

Qualifications

Experience, Competencies & Education:

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience is required
B2B sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is required
Strong persuasive speaking skills and a confident professional phone presence
Ability to speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers in a polished and credible way
Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to redirect conversations toward a sales outcome
Comfortable handling common objections such as “not interested,” “send me information,” “we already have someone,” or “call me back later”
Ability to ask strong questions, uncover interest, build value, and create enough curiosity to secure the next step
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to meet targets
Positive attitude with the ability to stay focused and productive through rejection
Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and attendance
Ability to follow direction, accept coaching, and improve performance
Strong attention to detail when entering notes, tracking activity, and documenting call outcomes
Basic computer skills, including CRM navigation, data entry, and call tracking software

This Role Is Not for Everyone

This role requires high-volume calling, persistence, confidence, and the ability to hear “no” multiple times a day while continuing to perform.
