Position: Host (Permanent Part-Time)
The Role at a Glance: This position presents a positive first impression of the establishment’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards.
Your Day To Day Duties:

Greeting guests in a positive and energetic manner

Communicating with the team to ensure we have the right
-
Using OpenTable to organize and improve on customer experience
-
Seat guests and provide support to the servers and bartenders
-
Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant
-
Prepare the restaurant for opening
-
Closing restaurant at the end of night
-
Greet Guests upon arrival
-
Inform Guests of their wait time
-
Monitor waiting lists
-
Enter Guest names into the computer system

Show Guests to their table and bid Guests farewell as they leave.

Support by filling beverages
-
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus

Answer the phones and fillto-go orders when needed.

Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
You have:

Excellent ability to provide the utmost WOW factor experience to our guests.

Strong communication skills

Remain professional and poised during peak service hours

Prior restaurant/customer service experience preferred
Special Requirements and Certifications:

Smart Serve Certification is an asset but not required

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
