Job Overview
The Four Seasons is seeking a professional and dedicated Overnight Valet Lead to oversee the nightly parking operations at our luxury hotel. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain high standards of service, and uphold the esteemed reputation of The Four Seasons.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the overnight valet team to deliver exceptional guest services.
Coordinate parking and retrieval of guest vehicles efficiently and safely.
Assist guests with luggage handling, directions, and other concierge services as needed.
Ensure all guest interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with brand standards.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area throughout the shift.
Train new team members on valet procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

Experience

Prior dealership or hospitality experience is preferred.
Proven track record in guest services or customer-facing roles within luxury environments.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Ability to lead a team effectively during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a valet or similar setting is advantageous. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a prestigious hotel brand where professionalism, guest satisfaction, and teamwork are highly valued.

Shift Time: 11 PM-7 AM

Pay: $20.50 per hour
