Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing customer inquiries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and project management. The Customer Service Representative will also support account management and contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Utilize PIMs for customer relationship management and account tracking.
Assist in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
Provide support in financial services inquiries, guiding customers through processes as needed.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our veterinary products to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in veterinary customer service field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
Experience with Vetup or other cloud based veterinary programs, an asset.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$25.33 per hour
