PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Être bilingue tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (communication verbal et écrite avec les clients)
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément dans un environnement dynamique
Excellent jugement et sens de la prise de décision rapide
Avoir de l’expérience dans un travail similaire (atout)
Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion du transport (TMS, GPS, etc.)
Un esprit d’équipe solide et attitude orientée vers la solution

RESPONSABILITÉS

Coordonner les mouvements de camions longue distance avec efficacité et rigueur
Optimiser les chargements, les délais et la productivité des transports
Suivre le statut des livraisons et des cueillettes en cours afin de respecter les ententes et les délais avec les clients;
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles et de la logistique
Assurer la communication constante avec les chauffeurs et les clients
Maintenir un haut niveau de service et de conformité aux normes de transport fédérales
Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe pouvant être assignée.

WORK SCHEDULE

Permanent full-time position
Monday to Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
100% on-site position; no remote work option available

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bilingual (spoken and written) for communication with clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong judgment and quick decision-making skills
Experience in a similar role (an asset)
Proficiency with transportation management tools (TMS, GPS, etc.)
Strong team spirit and solution-oriented mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate long-haul truck movements efficiently and accurately
Optimize loads, timelines, and overall transportation productivity
Monitor delivery and pickup statuses to meet client agreements and deadlines
Work closely with operations and logistics teams
Maintain constant communication with drivers and clients
Ensure high service levels and compliance with federal transportation regulations
Perform any other related tasks as assigned
