Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff or Kitchen Backhelper to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food service industry, whether you are interested in customer service or kitchen operations. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about food, hospitality, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.

Duties

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and process food orders accurately
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly under the supervision of kitchen staff
Support cooking activities, including basic food handling and safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling protocols
Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
Assist in setting up dining areas for service and cleaning up after shifts

Skills

Experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of serving, food preparation, and cooking techniques
Ability to handle food safely and follow hygiene standards
Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
Basic understanding of food safety regulations
Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and food handling
Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
