The AI Content Creator / Stylist will support the creation, tracking, and management of AI-generated product imagery for the e-commerce business. This role is essential in ensuring product imagery is completed ahead of allocation deadlines, helping drive speed-to-site initiatives and overall launch readiness. They will collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency, ensure asset accuracy, and support timely product launches across digital channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Create AI-generated product imagery using structured prompts and AI tools

· Modify and troubleshoot prompts to improve image quality and output accuracy

· Style AI-generated looks to align with brand aesthetics

· Track the status of allocated styles, including:

styles requiring AI imagery

completed imagery

styles that already have existing model photography

weekly status update on tracking

· Maintain and update reporting trackers in Excel and Google Sheets

· Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Studio, E-Commerce, Planning, and Store teams to support product launch timelines

· Ensure imagery is completed proactively for future allocations (1–6 weeks ahead where possible)

· Perform visual quality control on AI-generated imagery to ensure brand consistency and accuracy

· Help identify workflow bottlenecks and support process improvements within the AI image production pipeline

· Support overall speed-to-site initiatives for e-commerce launches

· Office/photo studio environment

· Post-secondary education in Marketing, E-Commerce and/or related experience

· Minimum 1 year experience with E-Commerce

· Experience with Shopify considered an asset

· Comfortable working with AI tools and technology

· Understanding of brand aesthetics considered a strong asset

· Strong visual eye, with attention to styling and image consistency

· Understanding of online shopping experience, on-site customer experience

· Basic experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel and Google Sheets skills (filters, formulas, tracker management)

· Knowledge of retail environment an asset

· Strong interest in fashion, trends and e-commerce

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to take initiative and make important decisions

· Self-motivated, energetic and able to adapt to change

· Excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and work autonomously

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Good technical understanding and ability to learn new programs quickly

· Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines

· Ability to think out-of-the-box
