As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Nurse Injector to join our team - someone who is deeply skilled, highly intentional, and aligned with a client-first, results-driven approach.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized, results-driven treatment plans
Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers with precision and a natural approach
Perform PRF treatments for skin and hair restoration
Maintain thorough, compliant charting and documentation
Capture consistent before/after photos (with proper consent)
Educate clients on aftercare and long-term treatment planning
Maintain a clean, organized treatment space in line with clinic standards
Participate in ongoing education and team development
Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust and results

Strong client retention and rebooking
Thoughtful retail product recommendations (approx. 10%+ of service revenue)
Consistent contribution to marketing (before/afters + educational content)
Maintaining a healthy, booked schedule

Skills We Value:

Strong consultation skills across a range of client concerns and goals
Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection practices
Refined aesthetic judgment with a natural, balanced approach
Ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
Ethical approach to treatment planning and upselling
Experience with PRF and/or regenerative treatments (asset)

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing
Certification and 2 years minimum experience in cosmetic injectables
Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
