As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and is eager to contribute to a high-performance team.

About the Role

The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day office operations run efficiently. You’ll be supporting not only the Office Manager but also other staff such as Project Managers, Dispatchers, and Operations Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a more specialized administrative or leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities

General administrative duties including data entry, document management, filing, and correspondence
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Support the Office Manager with administrative workflows and office coordination
Assist internal departments including operations, dispatch, and project management
Help organize schedules, meetings, and project-related paperwork
Maintain office supplies and keep workspace organized

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an office administration role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
