We have the job you need! A company in the transportation field in St.John's , Newfoundland, is currently looking for an office clerk to support its administrative team for a long temporary period with the possibility of permanence.

Position: Administrative Coordinator - CICO
Salary: $18.25
Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

Available Schedules:

Monday – Friday:

3:30pm - 12am ( midnight)

Having the flexibility to work any schedule is a strong asset!

Location: Saint John's, NL
Duration: Ongoing contract with strong possibility of permanency!

Responsibilities

Confirm and remind clients of their upcoming appointments through calls, emails
Provide excellent service to clients by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve appointment-related issues or conflicts effectively and promptly.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to appointments and scheduling.
Enter and update appointment details accurately in the company’s scheduling system
Track and report on appointment statistics and trends as needed.

Qualifications
The Administrative Coordinator must have the following qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of work experience in an administrative position
Good command of computer software
Resourceful and autonomous
