As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Supervisor to join our team remotely from Edmonton.

As an Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual office environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, managing remote office staff, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere across time zones. This position is fully remote, offering a balanced work-life experience while keeping you connected to a vibrant team.

Responsibilities

Supervise remote office staff (5-8 team members) and ensure tasks are completed on time
Delegate administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and client follow-ups
Oversee time tracking and approve timesheets for payroll processing
Coordinate virtual meetings, team check-ins, and weekly stand-ups
Maintain organized digital filing systems (Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar)
Assist with basic HR functions including onboarding new remote staff
Ensure team members have the tools and support they need to work effectively from home

Skills

2-4 years of experience in office administration, team coordination, or supervisory role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and others
Excellent written and spoken English (you will communicate daily with English and Spanish-speaking team members)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Experience with communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Basic knowledge of payroll processes or time tracking software
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
