The Bin 4 Saanich team is looking for server and shift supervisor.

Server responsibilities include: opening and setting the restaurant. Serving guests to Bin 4 standards. Thorough and ongoing understanding of our menu. Answering phones, taking and ringing in takeout orders. Continuous stocking of restaurant supplies. Handling payments and shift cash outs.

Shift Supervisor responsibilities include: Managing the daily shift service, interacting with guests and staff to ensure a fun, hospitable Bin 4 experience. Completing daily cash and sales reconciliations and championing Bin 4 standards.

Full and part time positions available with flexible scheduling. Must have AM and PM availability. Must be available on weekends.
Must have a positive attitude, be willing to work as part of a team and have a genuine sense of hospitality.

Ongoing training provided with plenty of opportunity for promotion and professional growth.
$17.85 per hour to start plus tips when serving. $23 per hour to start plus tips when supervising and managing.
