About the role
This Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services SAP Business Analyst will be part of a support team for the Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin) SAP System. The analyst will be responsible for sustainment activities. This will include daily customer support for reporting, problem analysis and resolution, prioritization of break/fix incidents, functional testing, documentation, and training updates. Position will work with other business and technical personnel to ensure integration with interfacing systems and processes as needed. The position is also responsible for supporting the identification of project issues and risks and providing status updates, supporting stakeholders and team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:

Ensuring all core business requirements are maintained, new business needs are proactively supported, and new SAP functionality delivers business benefits.

Assuring comprehensive regression testing is completed before changes are released to the production environments.

Collaborate with other IT and functional team members to maintain/apply coherent, optimized, integrated, and standardized processes.

Oversee the preparation of comprehensive lifecycle documentation required for all SAP support aspects (functional specs, technical spec, data maps, test plans, training documents, interface control documents, job schedules, etc.)

Work with internal customers to assess new work and deliver existing projects.

Controlling and evaluating interface and conversion process risks from an operational and systems perspective.

Planning, organizing and conducting SAP demonstrations and workshops for key LMUK stakeholders, customers, and management.

Prepare training plans per agreed upon control solutions.

Assess new requirements with clients , hosting workshops to elicit requirements, overseeing the production of requirements

The role will be required to work multiple tasks simultaneously and learn new functionality quickly.

The position will be responsible to comply with the Lockheed Martin Change Control Process.

Monitoring, triage, and resolution of incidents via Service Central.

Management of roles and authorizations working closely with our BASIS team.

Custom report building and enhancements.
What you bring to the role
- College diploma or University degree and 3 to 5 years, experience in related field.

ECC6 experience.
-
S/4 HANA experience including supporting upgrades to S/4 HANA.

Demonstrated experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and sustainment.

Designing, developing, implementing and controlling in at least 2 of the SAP Production Planning, Project Systems, Procurement, Finance, Material Management and Repair and Overhaul Modules and processes.
- Experience with analysis using industry rules and practices.

SAP Configuration, documentation and testing experience required.

Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Salary Range
$86,500 - $113,500
