Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a focus on cleanliness, and experience in food service or hospitality settings. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Duties

Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and clean for food service
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment
Manage waste disposal efficiently and responsibly
Ensure all dishes are stored properly after cleaning to prevent damage or contamination

Requirements

Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, food handling, and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Reliable with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with physical stamina

Pay: $15.65-$16.50 per hour
