Job Overview
We are seeking a Server to join our team. As a Server, your responsibilities include providing positive guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements:

Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to describe menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience.
Proficient cash handling skills, including basic math abilities for processing payments.
Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
