We are looking for a motivated, team player, and detail-oriented Territory Sales Representative to support a senior sales professional in managing and growing an established territory. This role is ideal for someone early in their machining career who is eager to develop strong technical sales skills within the machining industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management

Manage and maintain a defined list of customers within the territory
Build relationships and ensure consistent follow-up and service

Customer Support and Service

Deliver products to vending customers as required
Provide responsive, hands-on support to maintain high service levels to customers

Project and Test Follow-Up

Track and follow up on coolant and tooling tests
Manage and organize test tooling inventory

Business Development Support

Identify potential cash customers
Support growth initiatives within existing and new accounts

Territory Coverage

Travel to Prince George once per quarter to support regional customers

Account Documentation and Reporting

Document and track cost savings for accounts
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates

Internal Collaboration

Hold weekly Joint Sales Calls (JSCs) with the senior sales representative
Collaborate closely with internal teams and supplier partners

Qualifications

· 1 to 3 years of machining experience

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

· Self-motivated with a willingness to learn technical products

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the territory
