Job details

Full time – Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Weekends off.
Full Benefits after 90 days including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work under the general supervision of the Branch Coordinator.
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate with the team about job progress, issues, or missing parts
Construct and Assemble: shelving, ladder racks, safety partitions, etc;
Plan and Install Van equipment including wall liners, flooring, shelving, cabinets, safety partitions, ladder racks, etc.
Plan and Install Truck equipment including flat decks, Spacekap service bodies, Hydraulic lift gates, headache racks, Service Bodies and Toolboxes, Canopies, etc.
Plan and Perform vehicle plumbing, fuel system tie-ins, coolant system tie-ins, hydraulic system tie-ins, compressed air system tie-ins.
Plan and Perform vehicle and equipment wiring, DC automotive primary systems, AC and/or DC auxiliary systems.
Adhere to all safety regulations.
Assure efficient use of materials, facilities, and time.
Keep shop area clean and tidy;
Pick up and deliver vehicles when necessary;
Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude is required;
Driver’s License is required.
Sheet metal experience is considered an asset;
Forklift license is considered an asset.
Welding Experience is an asset
12V knowledge is an asset
Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and a team first attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
