Overview
We are seeking a motivated Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building and renovation projects, providing hands-on experience across various aspects of construction. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, caulking, and installation of fixtures.
Support carpentry activities, including cutting, measuring, and assembling components according to schematics or blueprints.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
Perform restoration work, including surface preparation and painting.
Assist with plumbing installations and repairs as needed.
Support welding tasks and flooring installation projects, including tile laying.
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
Knowledge of construction processes, carpentry, plumbing, welding, and flooring installation.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics for various trades such as restoration and painting.
Experience with demolition, caulking, tile laying, drywall installation, and other finishing tasks is a plus.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.
Reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction trades who want to develop their skills in a supportive environment while contributing to diverse building projects.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
