Ce poste que vous appelez probablement « agent/planificateur aux réservations des services » s’intitule Agent de la planification des horaires pour les services à domicile, chez Best Buy. À ce poste, vous créerez une expérience client exceptionnelle en accomplissant les tâches suivantes :

Planifier des rendez-vous de service et répondre aux demandes de renseignements pour notre équipe des services à domicile de la Geek Squad, par téléphone ou via le clavardage.
Enregistrer les renseignements dans le système du centre de contact.
Utiliser ses connaissances techniques pour déterminer l’énoncé des travaux dans le but d’offrir des recommandations d’achat.

What you might call a Services Booking Agent or Scheduler, at Best Buy we call a Field Service Scheduling Agent. In this role you will create an amazing customer experience by:

Booking service appointments and handling phone/chat inquiries for our Geek Squad Field Services team
Recording information in the contact centre system
Utilizing technical knowledge to determine scope of work for the purpose of offering recommendations to purchase

What you’ll bring to Best Buy:

1+ years of experience in the field or a similar role
Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations that will arise during busy times
An interest in growing your skills through our training programs
Proficiency in French and English

P.E.I. hourly pay rate: $17.25 - $18

Ontario hourly pay rate: $19.35 - $19.50

Pay may vary in provinces outside of ON, B.C. and P.E.I.
