Aperçu

Le ou la Senior Estimateur(-trice) – Voie ferrée et Génie civil est responsable de diriger la préparation d'estimations de coûts précises, compétitives et stratégiques pour des projets d'infrastructures ferroviaires et civiles. Ce rôle implique l'analyse des plans et des devis, l'élaboration de stratégies de prix, la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, ainsi que le soutien aux soumissions pour des projets majeurs.

Votre rôle

Préparer des estimations détaillées des coûts de construction pour
Les travaux de voie ferrée et les systèmes ferroviaires
Les travaux civils (terrassement, drainage, structures, fondations)
Effectuer les relevés de quantités à partir des plans, des modèles BIM et des devis
Développer des coûts unitaires pour la main-d'œuvre, les équipements et les matériaux
Analyser les données de coûts historiques et les informations de comparaison (benchmarking)

À propos de vous

Baccalauréat en génie civil, en gestion de la construction ou dans un domaine connexe.
8 à 12 ans (ou plus) d'expérience en estimation dans les domaines suivants :
Projets d'infrastructure ferroviaire (train léger sur rail, métro, transport de marchandises, train à grande vitesse).
Construction civile lourde.
Solide connaissance des éléments suivants :
Systèmes ferroviaires et méthodes de construction de voies ferrées.
Travaux civils et pratiques de construction d'infrastructures.

Overview

The Senior Estimator - Track & Civil is responsible for leading the preparation of accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for rail track and civil infrastructure projects. This role involves analyzing drawings and specifications, developing pricing strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting bid submissions for major projects.

Your role

Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for:
- Trackwork & rail systems.
- Civil works (earthworks, drainage, structures, foundations).
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, and specifications.
Develop unit rates for labour, equipment, and materials.
Analyze historical cost data and benchmarking information.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
8–12+ years of estimating experience in:
- Rail/track infrastructure projects (LRT, metro, freight, high-speed rail).
- Heavy civil construction.
Strong knowledge of:
- Railway systems and trackwork construction methods.
- Civil works and infrastructure construction practices.
