Lead Complex Energy Projects as a Senior Project Engineer/Manager in Process Equipment
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer in the Engineering industry in Edmonton, Alberta.
Join a dynamic engineering team delivering custom process equipment solutions for the energy sector. As a Senior Project Engineer/Manager, you’ll lead projects end-to-end—ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and successful delivery across design, fabrication, and execution within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Total rewards:

$120000.00 - $150000.00 annually

Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver engineering projects from concept through execution
Manage project scope, KPIs, schedule, cost, and quality targets
Act as primary client contact and ensure satisfaction throughout lifecycle
Review technical specifications and ensure design compliance
Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams
Approve and issue engineering drawings and vendor deliverables
Prepare reports, change orders, and project documentation
Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing initiatives

Requirements:

Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Maintain P.Eng, P.L.Eng, or equivalent registration in Alberta
Bring 8–20 years of project engineering or management experience
Demonstrate strong knowledge of process equipment or gas processing systems
Apply expertise with ASME, ANSI, and API codes and standards
Use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar tools
Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Possess field or operational experience in oil & gas environments
