Pivotal Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator for our client in Cambridge. If you have forklift experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in the efficient movement, storage, and organization of products within a busy warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse environment
Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately
Move, locate, stack, and organize products within designated storage areas
Ensure proper handling and storage of bakery products
Perform routine forklift inspections and basic equipment maintenance
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and product verification
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer demands
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Support general warehouse operations as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Counterbalance certification
Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends when needed
Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
