Are you a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term customer relationships?

ShipNorthAmerica Network is a transportation and logistics company dedicated to keeping freight moving efficiently across North America and globally. Built on strong relationships, responsive service, and reliable communication, we work closely with customers to provide flexible shipping solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Our services include LTL and full truckload shipping, freight management, bulk and specialized transportation, intermodal and rail, as well as ocean and air freight coordination. With a combination of asset-based and network solutions, we deliver customized logistics support across a wide range of industries while helping customers navigate complex supply chains with confidence.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build and grow a book of business within the transportation and logistics sector. This is a high-upside opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, relationship-building, and creating long-term revenue growth.

This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll receive strong operational support, ongoing training, and the opportunity to earn recurring commissions as your customer base grows.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities within transportation and logistics
Drive outbound sales activity through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through close
Develop long-term customer relationships and grow key accounts
Collaborate with internal logistics and solutions teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within the CRM
Identify new market opportunities, industries, and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
Established network within transportation, logistics, freight, or supply chain
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
Experience using CRM platforms
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Nice to Have

Customs brokerage experience strongly preferred
Background in inside sales or account management
