Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll operate inline flexo printing presses and be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining high-quality print jobs on paper substrates. You will also work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to spec.

Duties

Set up and operate inline flexographic printing presses
Mix inks accurately and match colors to job specifications
Use color tools such as Nix to verify accuracy and consistency
Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning
Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience operating flexographic printing presses (inline preferred)
Strong understanding of ink mixing, color matching, and print registration
Experience with water-based inks and paper substrates
Able to use color-matching tools (e.g., Nix)
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot minor issues
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
