Full job description

Applied Industrial Flooring is one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing industrial flooring contractors. With over 50 years of experience in industrial and commercial flooring solutions, we are looking for hardworking and reliable Epoxy Flooring Installers to join our Alberta team.

Our crews work on a wide range of projects across Alberta, including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, food plants, commercial buildings, and energy-sector sites. We are looking for team members who take pride in quality workmanship, work safely, and are ready to grow with a strong and respected company.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders, shot blasters, and other surface preparation equipment
Mix and install epoxy and resinous floor coating systems
Complete concrete repairs, patching, and crack filling as required
Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, and trowels
Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
Work effectively with crew members and supervisors on active job sites
Travel to projects throughout Alberta and Western Canada as required
Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures

Qualifications

Experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring systems preferred
Experience in construction, concrete repair, coatings, or industrial work considered an asset
Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and working long hours on job sites
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Valid driver’s licence considered an asset
Willingness to travel and work overtime when required
