Automotive Detailer — EvoLab Inc.

Position Type: Part-Time

Hiring: 4 Detailers

Shift Availability

Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Flexible scheduling available between shifts based on workload and performance.

About EvoLab

EvoLab is a luxury automotive cosmetic boutique specializing in advanced detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and cosmetic vehicle reconditioning.

We are not a basic car wash or volume-driven operation.

Our company is built on systems, precision, consistency, and professional-level execution. Quality is the highest priority at EvoLab and every team member is expected to uphold that standard.

This is not an entry-level “wash cars and go home” environment.

We are building a serious team with serious standards.

Mandatory 1-Month Training Program

Every hire must complete EvoLab’s mandatory in-depth training program before operating independently.

Training includes:

Professional interior reconditioning
Paint-safe exterior wash methods
Chemical and tool knowledge
Luxury vehicle handling
Deep cleaning systems
Quality control procedures
Efficiency and workflow systems
Professional finishing standards
EvoLab operating procedures and expectations

You will be trained to perform work the EvoLab way — not based on shortcuts or previous habits.

Responsibilities

Interior and exterior vehicle detailing
Deep interior reconditioning
Exterior decontamination
Wheel and tire restoration
Glass and trim finishing
Maintaining workstation cleanliness
Following EvoLab SOPs and quality standards
Performing final quality inspections

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work day or evening shifts
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Automotive detailing experience preferred, but attitude and discipline matter more

Compensation

Hourly Option

$18–$24/hour depending on experience, quality, and performance

Flat Rate Option

Paid per completed vehicle/service
Higher earning potential for efficient high-quality work
All work must pass EvoLab quality control before payout approval
