Join a Fast-Growing Law Firm with a Large Pipeline of Active Files

Romaya Law Corporation is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer with foreclosure experience who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn substantial income through a combination of contingency-based debt recovery files and high-value hourly foreclosure matters.

This is not a traditional associate position.

We already have a significant volume of active files and are looking for a lawyer who can step in, manage litigation strategy, attend hearings when required, and move matters efficiently toward resolution.

The Ideal Candidate

You are:

A practicing lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
Experienced in civil litigation
Experienced in foreclosure proceedings in British Columbia
Comfortable managing files independently
Efficient, practical, and solutions-focused
Interested in maximizing earnings through performance-based compensation

Compensation

We are open to creative compensation structures, including:

Percentage of collected legal fees
Percentage of contingency recoveries
Hourly compensation for foreclosure files
