Full job description

Location: Western Canada (Project-based / FIFO & local opportunities)
Rotation: Project dependent
Compensation: Competitive wages, LOA/camp where applicable, benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead field execution on major projects across Western Canada. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day supervision of electrical crews, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing crews in industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical crews (Journeypersons & Apprentices)
Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet project schedules
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety, QA/QC, and code requirements
Interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with project management, other trades, and client representatives
Track manpower, materials, and productivity
Lead by example in safety, workmanship, and crew morale
Participate in toolbox talks, inspections, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician (required)
Minimum 5+ years supervisory or lead-hand experience
Strong knowledge of CEC and applicable provincial codes
Industrial and/or commercial project experience preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in remote or project-based environments
Valid driver’s license
Safety certifications (OSSA, CSTS, First Aid, etc.) considered an asset
