Painter / Painter Helper
Victoria, BC
Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal Available

Are you hardworking, reliable, and take pride in doing quality work? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. We complete a mix of residential and commercial interior and exterior painting projects throughout Victoria and the surrounding area.

Experience is an asset, but it is not required — we are happy to train the right candidate who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and is eager to learn.

About the Role

As a Painter with us, you will work on a variety of projects including:

Interior and exterior residential painting
Commercial painting projects
Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, filling, caulking, masking, and priming
Rolling, brushing, and spraying paint and finishes
Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
Working independently and as part of a team
Interacting professionally with clients and representing the company positively

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Is physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working on their feet
Has a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (preferred)
Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Has painting experience (preferred but not required)
Is willing to learn and follow directions

Experience Considered an Asset:

Residential or commercial painting experience
Experience using sprayers
Knowledge of prep work and finishing techniques
Experience working at heights or on ladders
Construction or labour background
