Full job description

Nous recherchons un(e) chargé(e) de paie à temps partiel pour le compte de notre client. Ce dernier recherche une personne polyvalente, capable de gérer la paie ainsi que d'autres tâches comptables générales.

La gestion de la paie :

· Préparer du cycle complet de la paie bimensuelle et des paies hors cycle (26 paies à date, ce chiffre pouvant évoluer à la hausse ou à la baisse selon l’activité de la compagnie)

· Vérifier la concordance des données entre les tableaux de suivi Excel issus de la production et la paie (ADP).

· Effectuer la paie dans le système de paie toutes les 2 semaines et concilier les salaires

· Contrôler les versements d’impôt et autres charges sur les salaires ainsi que les versements aux tiers, comme l’assurance collective.

· Préparer et suivre les demandes de versement à des tiers

· Effectuer tous les traitements de fin d'année : déclarations annuelles au gouvernement, rapprochements, etc...

· Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des employés dans les délais impartis

· Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des processus, d'automatisation et de meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion de la paie.

La comptabilité générale

· Effectuer la comptabilité générale de l’entreprise y compris la conciliation bancaire, la conciliation des cartes de crédit, la gestion des comptes clients, des comptes fournisseurs sur le logiciel de comptabilité (SAGE)

· Effectuer les paiements des fournisseurs et suivre les encaissements clients

· Préparer et effectuer les règlements mensuels de TPS & TVQ ;

· Préparer les documents comptables à remonter mensuellement au groupe français (avec un mapping aux normes IFRS 16)

· Traiter les diverses tâches administratives (ex : préparation et suivi des notes de frais) en lien avec la responsable.

· Collaborer avec le cabinet comptable dans la préparation des états financiers annuels ;

· Collaborer avec les dirigeants de la compagnie pour une saine gestion financière des projets ;

we are looking for a part-time pay roll clerk for our client. They are looking for a well-rounded individual who would be able to oversee the pay as well as other general accounting tasks.

Payroll management:

· Prepare the full bi-monthly payroll cycle and any off-cycle payroll runs (26 payroll runs to date; this figure may increase or decrease depending on the company’s workload)

· Check that the data in the Excel tracking spreadsheets from production matches the payroll data (ADP).

· Run payroll in the payroll system every two weeks and reconcile salaries

· Check tax and other payroll deductions, as well as payments to third parties, such as group insurance.

· Prepare and monitor requests for payments to third parties

· Carry out all year-end processing: annual government returns, reconciliations, etc.

· Respond to employees’ enquiries within the specified timeframes

· Proactively suggest improvements to processes, automation and best practices in payroll management.

General Accounting

· Carry out the company’s general accounting, including bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable using the accounting software (presumably SAGE)

· Make payments to suppliers and monitor customer payments

· Prepare and submit monthly GST & QST returns;

· Prepare the accounting documents to be submitted monthly to the French parent company (with a mapping to IFRS 16 standards)

· Handle various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing and monitoring expense claims) in consultation with the manager.

· Work with the accountancy firm to prepare the annual financial statements;

· Work with the studio’s management to ensure sound financial management of projects;

Rémunération : 30,00$ par heure
