Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Line Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes following established recipes and quality standards
Consistently ensure the presentation and taste of all meals meet restaurant expectations
Customize and adapt dishes to accommodate special customer requests and dietary needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to coordinate timely and efficient meal preparation and delivery
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, proactively communicating inventory needs to management
Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of kitchen work experience; experience in Asian cuisine is preferred
Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Able to work under pressure efficiently and stand for a long period
