Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specialized in HVAC leads to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for business development. Fluency in Spanish is a plus to effectively serve diverse customer bases. This position offers an engaging environment where your technical knowledge and customer service skills will directly contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new HVAC leads through proactive outreach and networking
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
Develop strategic marketing plans to generate new business opportunities
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline progress
Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and benefits for effective customer communication
Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the HVAC or related industries
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments with a focus on technology or technical sales
Excellent analysis skills for market research and sales forecasting
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Fluency in Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
