Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Gardener to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes to ensure they are healthy, attractive, and sustainable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor work, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions while contributing to beautiful and functional landscapes.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes for routine gardening activities
Operate power tools like lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently
Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, fertilizing, and pest control
Assist with landscape design projects and plant new greenery as needed
Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and well-organized
Monitor plant health and report any issues related to pests or diseases

Experience

Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is advantageous
Ability to operate both hand tools and power tools safely
Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is beneficial
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods
