General Handyman – Residential & Commercial Properties

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team, working on luxury residential homes and premium commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial properties.
Complete drywall repairs, finishing, taping, and patching work to a professional standard.
Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Assist with mechanical systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
Identify maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, and team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
Strong skills in:
Drywall installation and repair
Taping and finishing
Plumbing repairs and maintenance
Mechanical systems and general troubleshooting
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift and carry materials and work in various environments.
