Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where quality and customer satisfaction are prioritized.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces according to client specifications
Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning tools and products are used safely and efficiently
Follow established cleaning protocols to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients in their homes
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients
Ability to lift light to moderate loads (up to 25 pounds) and stand for extended periods during shifts
Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at scheduled appointments
