Offre d’emploi – Représentant aux ventes

Paul Equipment & Sons (2008) est une entreprise reconnue et respectée dans le domaine de la vente et service d’équipement forestier et de construction. Établie en 1986, elle évolue et ne cesse de grandir. Nous sommes donc à la recherche d’un/une représentant/représentante des ventes dans notre succursale de Balmoral, N.-B. dans le but de desservir le territoire du Bas-St-Laurent et de la Gaspésie.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Le titulaire du poste aura les responsabilités suivantes :

Rencontrer les clients au bureau, dans le milieu de travail du client ou sur la route lors des déplacements
Cerner leurs besoins
Offrir les produits adéquats
Promouvoir l'entreprise
Effectuer des suivis réguliers
Assurer le développement du marché
Rédiger des soumissions
Négocier et conclure les ventes de machineries neuves et/ou usagées
Participer à des formations et à des activités de promotion (colloques, formations des manufacturiers, réunions avec l’équipe de vente et autres)

EXIGENCES

Capacité à cibler les besoins du client et posséder une capacité d'analyse
Capacité à développer et à maintenir des liens de confiance avec sa clientèle et avec ses collègues
Connaissance du milieu forestier, de la machinerie lourde, de la construction et des produits connexes
Un minimum de trois ans d’expérience dans le domaine
Détenir un permis de conduire valide (classe 5)
Connaissance des outils informatiques
Doit être bilingue (français et anglais)
Être capable de répondre aux normes des fournisseurs
Être disponible pour voyager régulièrement et de façon prolongée
Bonnes aptitudes pour la lecture, la communication orale et écrite
Habiletés en résolutions de problèmes

Job Advertisement – Sales Representative

Paul Equipment & Sons (2008) is a recognized and respected family owned and operated company that has been well established since 1986. We are seeking a Sales Representative in our Balmoral, N.B. head office serving the Lower St. Lawrence and Gaspé Peninsula territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

· Meet clients at the office, in their work environment or while traveling

· Identify their needs

· Offer the right products

· Promote the company

· Carry out regular follow-ups

· Ensure market development

· Write bids

· Negotiate and conclude sales of new and/or used machinery

· Participate in training and promotional activities (seminars, manufacturer training, trade shows, internal sales meetings, and more)

REQUIREMENTS

· Identify customer needs and possess analytical skills

· Maintain healthy relationships with clients and coworkers

· Knowledge of the construction equipment industry and related products

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field

· Hold a valid driver's license (classes 3 and 5)

· Knowledge of computer programs

· Must be bilingual (French and English)

· Able to meet supplier standards

· Travel regularly and for prolonged periods

· Good reading, oral and written communication skills

· Strength in problem solving
