About Everlasting Candle Co.

Everlasting Candle Co. is a design-forward candle brand dedicated to creating unforgettable ambiance through innovation, quality, and thoughtful aesthetics. With a presence across Canada, the U.S., and Australia, our small but mighty team is growing and we’re looking for someone just as passionate and creative to join us.

We are entering a growth phase and are looking for someone who is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels.

About the Role

This is not a typical marketing assistant role. You will play a central role in executing and owning key areas of Everlasting Candle Co.’s marketing engine, with a strong focus on influencer operations, content coordination, and campaign execution.

You will work closely with leadership and our creative partners, while independently managing day-to-day marketing initiatives across influencer partnerships, email marketing, corporate gifting, and seasonal campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.

Passionate about brand storytelling, influencer marketing, and community-building

What You’ll Do

Influencer & UGC Strategy

Research, vet, and manage influencers across multiple regions and platforms including Instagram and Like To Know It
Maintain organized influencer lists, tracking outreach, deliverables and performance
Source, organize, and catalog UGC for use across ads, email, and social proof
Run LTK campaigns and assist with implementing a scalable influencer platform

Email Marketing

Generate campaign ideas, write copy, and collate imagery
Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo
Support seasonal launches, promotions, and product drops

Corporate Gifting Program

Help lead and expand our Corporate Gifting Program
Identify and outreach to new industries (e.g. real estate, law, finance)
Manage inbound bulk orders, custom packaging requests, and seasonal campaigns

PR Coordination

Liaise with our external PR agency
Coordinate sample gifting logistics, tracking and follow-ups
Maintain and update the Press page on Shopify with new features and coverage

What You Bring

3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, influencer management, or digital brand marketing
Strong visual and written storytelling abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bonus: Knowledge in Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, influencer management tools, Meta Business Suite and/or LTK

Salary: Based on experience
Location: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in Chilliwack office)
