From anxious pups to senior dogs with mobility challenges, our team approaches every groom with patience, compassion, and over 20 years of expertise.We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled Dog Groomer who shares our belief that emotional comfort matters just as much as a beautiful finish.If you're the kind of groomer who reads a dog's body language before picking up a pair of scissors — we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

Performing full spa grooms, bath and tidies, blowouts, and breed-specific trims to a professional standard
Grooming dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and needs — including anxious, senior, and special-needs dogs
Using premium, professional-grade products (we trust brands like Fraser Essentials) to deliver the best possible care for each coat type
Completing add-on services including nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, and face trims
Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation throughout every shift
Communicating openly and warmly with pet parents — answering questions, sharing updates, and building lasting trust
Collaborating with our team through our scheduling system (Moego) to keep the day flowing smoothly
Contributing to a supportive, positive team culture where everyone shows up for each other

What We're Looking For

Required:

Proven grooming experience with a range of breeds and coat types
Genuine love and patience for dogs — especially those who need a little extra reassurance
Confidence working with anxious, reactive, or special-needs dogs
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong team-player attitude
Willingness to keep learning — grooming trends, techniques, and animal care evolve, and we grow with them

Bonus Points For:

Experience with senior dog grooming and dogs with mobility limitations
Knowledge of or interest in naturopathic pet care
Familiarity with Moego or similar scheduling software
Participation in grooming communities, competitions, or continuing education
