Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.

Duties

* Set up and break down banquet tables and chairs.

* Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

* Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.

* Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Adhere to all food and beverage service standards.

* Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

* Work effectively as part of a team.

* May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

* Prior experience as a Banquet Server or in a related role preferred.

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.

* Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.
