Job Overview
We are seeking talented and passionate Lash Artists or to join our collective.. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional services in a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client satisfaction, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to enhancing clients' beauty and relaxation experiences. This position is for someone who want to start their own business as an entrepreneur and suitable for those committed to delivering high-quality service. You will be renting a room or co sharing . You may make as much income as you wish. Sky is the limit as our location is in a very busy business -savvy area.

Responsibilities

Perform lash extension applications or acupuncture/ massage therapy sessions with precision and care
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in compliance with health standards
Educate clients on aftercare instructions and product recommendations when applicable
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Lash Artist or Massage Therapist preferred; certification or licensing required where applicable
Knowledge of medical terminology related to beauty or wellness treatments is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address client questions or concerns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with a professional attitude and appearance

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
