Main Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and address issues promptly;
Coordinate and support scheduling, route planning, dispatch, and daily logistics for summer and winter maintenance operations;
Perform and oversee maintenance services, including snow removal, de-icing, landscaping, hardscaping, pruning, and site upkeep;
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary;
Communicate customer and employee feedback to management;
Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and building customer relationships;
Follow and enforce all health and safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Winter operations experience as both an equipment operator and scheduler (required)
Valid G license
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
Strong customer service skills
Safety-first mindset
Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Experience with front-end loaders, tractors, skid steers, or similar equipment (a plus)
Experience in a construction or landscape supply yard (a plus)
Steel-toe safety boots required
