Full job description

What You'll DoAccounts Payable & Financial Administration

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Manage accounts payable records and weekly cheque runs
Reconcile company credit card statements
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Purchasing & Inventory Control

Source materials and communicate with vendors
Monitor pricing and maintain supplier information
Track inventory levels and purchase requirements
Coordinate deliveries and material receipts

Payroll & Human Resources Support

Assist with timesheet administration and payroll review
Maintain employee records and documentation
Coordinate payroll information with external bookkeeping support
Assist with onboarding and administrative HR functions

Office Administration

Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
Coordinate office activities and administrative processes
Support health and safety initiatives
Assist with company events and employee programs
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

Continuous Improvement

Participate in daily team meetings
Help develop and improve office procedures and SOPs
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
Support a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

What We're Looking For

Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, office administration, or purchasing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, accounting software, and business systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience with QuickBooks, inventory systems, or Airtable is considered an asset
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or service environments is an asset
