Technicien - Technician (composants d'Avion)

Présent dans le secteur aéronautique depuis plus de 5 belles décennies, Pole Air Aviation est à la recherche d’une personne motivée et orientée-résultats pour le poste de Technicien en mainterance & réparation de composants d'avion.

La compagnie ne disposant pas encore de l' EIMT, les personnes intéressées devront se rassurer d'être légalement autorisées à travailler au Canada.

Responsabilités :

· Effectuer des inspections pour tous les défauts visibles

· Tester, diagnostiquer toute défectuosité des composants

· Élaborer un rapport de défectuosité des composants reçus

· Identifier les pièces et/ou le matériel nécessaires à commander pour la réparation.

· Effectuer les tâches de maintenance préventive et de réparation conformément au manuel

· Effectuer le suivi nécessaire sur les défectuosités, les tâches, les réparations et les corrections qui ont été confiées

· Fournir l'état des travaux, y compris les demandes de mise à jour spéciales

· Respecter les normes de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement ;

· Assurer le respect des normes de production et de qualité

· Effectuer les tâches et responsabilités décrites dans le manuel de contrôle du service de maintenance.

Exigences requises :

· Une expérience pertinente en tant que mécanicien, électromécanicien, machiniste, dans le secteur manufacturier/aéronautique ou dans un domaine technique similaire est très avantageuse.

· Attention au détail.

· Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les délais.

· Forte éthique et engagement envers l'intégrité

· Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps

· Bon joueur d'équipe, proactif, orienté résultats.

· Très motivé

· Capacité à suivre des instructions techniques et à respecter des consignes de sécurité strictes.

· Capacité à lire et à comprendre des publications techniques rédigées en français et en anglais

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Technician MRO to join our company. The Technician will play a crucial role in our repair and maintenance operations.

As the company does not yet have the LMIA, interested candidates will need to be reassured that they are legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

· Inspect for any physical defects,

· Test, diagnose any defective components

· Prepare a defect report of the components received

· Identify the parts and/or materials needed to order for the repair.

· Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs task.

· Follow-up as necessary on defects, tasks, repairs, and corrections that have been assigned to the technician.

· Provide the status of the work including special update requests.

· Respect health, safety, and environmental standards

· Ensure compliance with Production and quality standards.

· Carry out the tasks and responsibilities described in the Maintenance Service Control Manual

· Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications |Experience required to succeed.

· Relevant Experience as mechanic, electromechanics, machinist, welder , in manufacturing/ the aviation industry or a similar technical field is highly advantageous.

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Strong ethics and commitment to integrity

· Good team player, proactive, results oriented.
