Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and digitally driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract for maternity leave coverage. This role focuses primarily on influencer marketing, social media content planning, sponsorships & partnerships, and affiliate marketing to help grow brand awareness and engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-savvy, and passionate about content, creator collaborations, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

Source, manage, and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships
Execute influencer campaigns and track campaign performance
Build relationships with brand ambassadors and partners

Social Media & Content Planning

Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
Coordinate social media content, videos, reels, and digital ads
Monitor social media trends and performance analytics

Sponsorships & Partnerships

Identify and manage sponsorship, collaboration, and PR opportunities
Coordinate partnerships, events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns

Affiliate Marketing

Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs and partnerships
Monitor affiliate performance and campaign results

CRM & Marketing Support

Execute monthly newsletters and SMS campaigns
Assist with showroom seasonal styling and marketing promotions
Support marketing administrative tasks and reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and international colleagues on marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), communication, organization, and project management skills
Experience with content planning, influencer campaigns, and affiliate marketing preferred

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
